            Mangum Design-Build to build in Renaissance at Regency Park 

            Mangum Design-Build has announced that they’ve been selected to build in the prestigious Renaissance neighborhood at Regency Park in Cary, North Carolina.  Creedmoor Partners, the leader in developing high end neighborhoods in the Raleigh/Durham market, has created two neighborhoods; The Manors, and Estates.  Home construction is to begin Summer 2007.  Manors homes will start in the 900’s, with Estate homes starting at 1.5 million. 

            Mangum Design-Build’s experience with concrete masonry homes will offer advantages in sound attenuation and noise reduction inherent with concrete walls.  The proximity of the Koka Booth amphitheatre makes it a perfect fit for homes of this style and construction.
