Mangum Masonry Awarded Large Concrete Contract

            Mangum Masonry, a Raleigh-based concrete masonry contractor has partnered with D.R. Horton, the largest homebuilder in the United States, to provide all turnkey concrete foundation services to their newest neighborhood, Edgemont Landing.  “We’re enamored to have been chosen for D.R. Horton’s newest flagship neighborhood.  Obviously, we’re very proud to work for the biggest fish in the sea when it comes to volume production homebuilding, and it serves to deepen our existing relationship with (D.R. Horton)”, says company president, Kevin Mangum. 

            The value of the contract was not disclosed, but the revenue stream for Mangum Masonry should continue through 2009, as D.R. Horton has plans for 260 homes in Edgemont Landing.

            Mangum Masonry currently has contracts for their top 3 neighborhoods in the Triangle.  Westlake in Cary, Savannah Village in Morrisville, and Carillon Forest in Durham.
