            Bahamian Government gives Bahamas Ventures the green light.

            Bahamas Ventures, a triune partnership of 3 families, has announced the approval from the Bahamian Government to proceed with the design and construction of the resort property located in Marsh Harbor, Bahamas.  Located in the Abacos Islands, the resort, affectionately named Palisades will offer a full service marina, restaurant, and fresh water aquatic amenities designed specifically for families as a second home.  Construction is set to begin in mid 2008.  We are to offer 31 custom resort homes, with prices just under 1 million (US).
