     In the Spring of 2009, Mangum Design-Build is proud to begin a pre-sold home for a client at Renaissance at Regency Park, in Cary, North Carolina.  Located along Symphony Lake, our clients will enjoy lakefront views as well as an eagle eye view of the Koka Booth amphitheatre.

    This home, like many of our other presold homes, will be concrete masonry.  This means that the exterior walls are built with concrete and rebar.  The estimated weight of this house is anticipated to tip the scales at over 2 million pounds.  Approximately 3 miles of steel rebar will be used to build this house.
